7.12の晩ご飯 

いやもう蒸し暑くてまいっちゃいましたね。
晩ご飯は、豚バラと細切り昆布の煮たの。豚バラは塩漬けして５日ほど熟成させたのを、茹でてスライスして冷凍しておいたのさ。あと、茄子とキュウリとミョウガとシソの冷や汁。ごはん。おーいお茶。
